We are currently hiring for:

Certified Records Manager (CRM)

Location: Washington, DC area

Primary Duties: Proposes and/or develops methodologies for information and records management solutions.  Defines requirements, applies analytical techniques, creates documentation supporting analysis and recommends solutions to match requirements and resources available.

Qualifications: The candidate must possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience  and a minimum of 10 years professional records management experience.  A Certified Records Manager (CRM)  is highly preferred.  Expertise and understanding of the Federal Recordkeeping requirements and knowledge of electronic recording keeping practices to include records scheduling and disposition required.

Sr. Records Specialist

Location: Washington, DC area

Primary Duties: Serves as the manager for records inventory/records retention schedule projects.  Responsible for all activities related to the project .  Determines and manages resource requirements.  Responsible for quality assurance of the project.

Qualifications: The candidate must possess a  bachelor's experience or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years directly related experience.  Expertise and understanding of all phases of lifecycle records management as well as the understanding of the Federal Recordkeeping requirements.

Records Management Consultant

Location: various across the US

Primary Duties: Works in partnership with the customer to formulate business, organizational, and records & information management (RIM) technology strategies.

Proposes/develops methodologies for business and RIM solutions: Defines requirements, applies analytical techniques, creates supporting documentation, provides justification, recommends solutions, and distills lessons learned. Leads/supports teams working on complex, large scale projects/tasks.

Qualifications: Education and job history must demonstrate skills and experience with research, assimilation of information from a wide variety of sources, analysis of complex processes, development of alternatives, and design/presentation of business and RIM solutions. CRM or qualified CRM candidate desirable.
